The Director of Education & Training is responsible for developing, planning and scheduling employee training plans, budgets, higher learning and professional development, in consultation with FCWC program managers.

The Director also acts as the liaison with postsecondary institutions in designing and implementing the unique training needs of the FCWC, and for NCN Citizens hoping to extend their education.
